I was wondering about how to fit the motor onto an older model, so your post really saved the day. While I&#039;d rather not have to pay for the conversion set, at least I now know it&#039;s available and may give up hand-cranking someday soon.

This review has helped a lot. Finally, after about 10 years of service my motor (PASTA FACILE) its starting to sound a bit tired (slow). I was considering the Makins machine with motor as an alternative, but not anymore. I&#039;ll go with an Atlas motor from Polymer Clay Express (they have great service) and maybe an Atlas 180 machine to go with it since my Atlas 150 is about 12 years old and may not be compatible (as you mention in your Atlas Motor review). Thanks a lot.
